This offering is for clients who have already worked with me and would like calm, ongoing continuity, rather than one-off sessions.
Retainer support is designed for those who value having a steady point of connection as life changes, questions arise, and progress continues to evolve, without having to start from scratch each time.
It offers a way to stay supported, grounded, and gently accountable, while keeping the work spacious, thoughtful, and sustainable.
What’s included:
- One 60-minute session per calendar month, scheduled in advance.
- Clear session notes and reflections following each session, to help anchor what we’ve discussed and support integration.
- Ongoing support between sessions for questions, updates, and guidance, via voice note or message.
- Feedback on relevant video clips, where helpful.
- My continued perspective and input as things evolve, rather than tackling new challenges in isolation.
Once your monthly retainer payment has been processed, I’ll be in touch to book your session into the diary for that month, so everything is secured and clear from the outset.
How retainers work
Retainers are a way of staying connected, supported, and gently accountable, without the pressure of ad-hoc bookings.
Many clients tell me that while they fully intend to put things into practice, progress can drift without an ongoing point of connection. Having a regular session in the diary helps keep things anchored and moving, even as life changes around you.
Support is intentionally contained within one session per month so it stays focused, thoughtful, and workable. Sessions are designed to be used within the month and do not roll over, as the value lies in steady continuity rather than storing time.
This structure supports calm, consistent progress while allowing the work to remain present and well held.
Cost
£275 per month
(Billed monthly · Minimum 3-month commitment, then rolling thereafter)
Availability
To keep the support spacious, steady, and genuinely attentive, retainer support is offered to a small number of people initially, up to a maximum of six clients.
Retainer places are offered by invitation following completion of a programme, or to long-standing clients who have already worked with me over time.
