Most clients start with either a free consultation call or a full home visit. From there, depending on what your dog needs and where you’d both benefit from working, we may move into offsite work, online support, or one of my structured programmes.

Before any offsite work or programme begins, your gundog will need to be assessed at home or at my site. This isn’t about sales, it’s how I make sure we start work in the right environment, at the right pace, for both of you. Public spaces aren’t safe environments for every dog, and I won’t put your dog into a situation that’s wrong for them.

Home Visits

Working together in your home means I get to see behaviour where it actually happens, the doorbell, the lead being picked up, the moments when your dog struggles to settle.

We develop practical strategies that fit your everyday life, not generic advice you have to translate.

Offsite Walks

For dogs ready to work in the real world. These sessions take us into the environments where your dog struggles most, the park, the pathways, the places where things have gone wrong before.

We work directly with what’s actually challenging your dog.

The cost of an offsite session is £140 for 60 minutes.

(Requires either an initial assessment session or that we’re already working together through a programme.)

Online Training

A flexible way to discuss what’s happening with your dog, review progress, or work through a specific challenge from wherever you are.

Useful for gundog guardians outside Essex, for follow-up sessions, or for working through something that doesn’t need an in-person visit.

The cost of online training starts at £55.00 for 30 minutes.

Telephone Support

Shorter calls when you need quick clarity on a specific question, or a check-in between sessions.

Useful when something has come up and you’d rather think it through with me than spiral on your own.

The cost of telephone support starts at £55.00 for 30 minutes.

Not sure where to start

If you’ve read this page and recognised your dog somewhere in it, but you’re not sure whether to book a home visit, an online session, or look into a programme, that’s exactly what the free consultation is for.

We have a chat. You tell me what’s been happening. I ask the questions that help me understand where you actually are. By the end of the call we’ll have a clearer picture of what your dog actually needs, and the best place for us to start work together.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a chat between you and someone who’s seen this many times before.
